Helpful staff, English spoken, beautiful hotel, great view, quiet area, good breakfast.

The staff was friendly and very helpful; included breakfast was good and they will makes eggs on request.
Room was very small, carpet and bedspread stained, shower was absolutely tiny with a plastic curtain that couldn't be kept away from your body (a shower that small has to have glass walls), view of neighbors junkyard was depressing, why is there a toilet decorating the courtyard?

Although the hotel was located in a non, descript area, it was situated near the ex, carcel cultural park, which was a great spot to explore. the hotel breakfast was decent, and the room itself was well, furnished and spotless, it had a private en, suite bathroom and cozy bedding to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Spent Xmas in a beautiful boutique hotel that offered excellent customer service. Received helpful recommendations for local attractions and museums, and enjoyed breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff members made our stay stress-free and convenient with their English speaking abilities. the hotel's unique historic building provided an intimate yet comfortable atmosphere.
Honestly, there isn't much to dislike about this hotel. However, the surrounding neighborhood may appear slightly shady at first glance.

We got great value for our money at Hotel Ultramar. The room was spacious with very nice views of the city, making our stay even better. The location was ideal, within walking distance of the main tourist neighborhoods, but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and assist with any requests.
Breakfast delights could have been better with more variety.
